Watch – a perfect gift for everyone

_NOVEPOZADIE

In this case the art of giving certainly requires a sophisticated taste and both a high level of empathy and knowledge about its future owner. Wristwatches are the perfect gift for most people you engage with in private or at work. If you succeed in correctly identifying the taste of the recipient he will make a frequent use of your present and enjoy it for many years in return. Anybody leading an active social life will tell you that even a dozen of watches sometimes aren’t enough. You can rest assured nobody will refuse such a gift with the excuse he already owns a couple of them including the one he is wearing because he realizes a wristwatch is an ideal way of attuning to any given situation or current attire.

However technologically advanced a watch might be its main features are the display and measurement of time. As a matter of fact every person needs accurate time information multiple times a day regardless of his social status, taste, personality or any other individual characteristics. This is what makes us claim a watch is the perfect gift at most occasions. Graduations, promotions, birthdays, business achievements and expressions of love and affection are all good reasons to give a watch to someone to celebrate and symbolize these moments. If you choose a watch that corresponds with the taste and lifestyle of its owner it will be satisfying to know that it reminds him of you so frequently, thus strengthening your personal and professional relationships.

Receiving a watch as a gift is always a delight even if it isn’t cutting edge or has been on the market already for some time. Personality of their future owner is the key that opens the door to a successful selection of the right watch. There will be a major distinction in your choice if you intend to give a token of appreciation to a board director of a multinational corporation or a gift to your freelancer friend who owns his one-man ad agency. While both may have high expectations, the expectations of their co-workers and clients are radically different. The latter will appreciate an exclusive brand but may not be as interested in its public profile while the former will notice every detail from technical features and marketing strategies to general PR and social responsibility of the manufacturer because he is also aware of being under the spotlight and surrounded by people with attention to detail.

It has been said a man needs no more ornaments than a watch. Many will certainly disagree yet it stays true that earrings and rings are common almost exclusively among younger generations. On the other hand no limitations of age apply in case of a watch while it can fully satisfy a desire to own precious metals. Nowadays both male and female watches feature gems, exclusive materials and precious metals such as sapphire, gold, platinum, Kevlar and others which are functional besides having a purely aesthetical purpose.

The Carrera Calibre 1887 Jack Heuer is one of those watches that can be considered almost universally suitable for a wide range of opportunities. It serves as a prime example of sophisticated sober contemporary design although it doesn’t come with a low price tag.

Together with the in-house chronograph Calibre 1887 this watch uses a case and a dial designed by the great-grandson of the TAG Heuer brand founder Edouard Heuer, Jack Heuer himself. The dial provides a visual link to the original Carrera from 1963 and the fact that it was designed for professional drivers and tough racing conditions which don’t seem to have much in common with the while collars doesn’t make it any less appealing.
